I am the mother of seven children whom I feel extremely grateful for and love being a mother to. Loving, caring for and training my children to be responsible, loving and caring adults are the focus of my life along with trying to be a loving and supportive partner to my husband. We live in Hyrum, Utah where we love to work on living "happily ever after" together.

I originally created Children's Miracle Music so that my family could learn how to serve others. The game accomplishes this by providing a fun way for us to serve each other as we quickly do our part in taking care of our home each day. Because our own needs are taken care of so quickly, playing the game also gives us TIME to focus our attention on serving others by helping them to take care of THEIR needs.

I also created the Children's Miracle Music game because it provides a way for my children to become adults who know how to:

Be self-governed in taking care of their own needs
Be unselfish with their time
Have motivation and skills to clean their living area
Have emotionally intimate relationships with their parents and the skills to have emotionally intimate relationships with their eventual spouse and children

I feel that my job is not to teach my children that someone (me) should do things for them. My job is to train my children how to be independent (able to take care of themselves) and then interdependent (able to help others). I have a quote hanging on the wall of my home which makes the focus of my mothering objective very clear. It says, "A mother is not a person to lean on but a person to make leaning unnecessary." By playing the Children's Miracle Music game my children are learning how not to "lean".

I am very grateful for the inspiration that I received as I worked to create the Children's Miracle Music game because it not only trains my children in many valuable skills but it is also fun to play together. I don't know what I'd do without it in our home.
